By using Butler Labs apps or this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all Butler Labs mobile applications and the butlerlabs.app website. By downloading or using our apps, you accept these Terms.

2. Use of our apps

Our apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our apps
Use our apps for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
Redistribute or resell our apps

3. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in our apps and website belong to Butler Labs or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use our apps for personal purposes.

4. In-app purchases and subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund policies are governed by the respective app store.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any loss of data or indirect damages arising from your use of our apps.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Butler Labs' liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant app in the past 12 months.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
