1. Information We Collect

On-device data (never leaves your device): Signatures, documents you sign, templates, and settings are stored locally on your device and in your iCloud account. We do not have access to this data.

Data we may collect: If you contact support, we collect your name, email, and the details of your inquiry. We may collect anonymous usage analytics (no personal data) to improve the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to provide customer support, improve app functionality, and comply with legal obligations. We never sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your documents and signatures are stored only on your device and in your personal iCloud account. Support inquiries are stored securely on Cloudflare infrastructure with encryption at rest.

4. Third-Party Services

QuickSign may use Apple's iCloud for document sync (controlled by your device settings) and anonymous analytics services. No third party has access to your documents or signatures.

5. Data Deletion

You can delete all app data at any time by removing the app from your device. To request deletion of any support data we hold, contact us at privacy@butlerlabs.io.

6. Children's Privacy

QuickSign is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
